Frivelous Fruit

Today was a good day

Nothing out of the ordinary really happened. 

Last night I went to bed too late, woke up this morning too late, left my apartment too late,  and got to work a little too late. 

It drizzled all day long which gave me cabin fever. I don't even have an office window to look outside of, but today the indoor fluorescent lights got to me. I fidgeted, relied heavily on coffee and diet coke, and overall looked forward to 5 pm. 

After work I joined a new gym and had my first work out there, and walked in the real rain. No more drizzling, it definitely started coming down.  I also got to catch up with the blushing boston bride Brea while walking to new gym, and I love that we are finally in the same time zone. 

The highlight of my day though for some silly reason was buying some apples, but not just any kind mind you, ROME apples. Why? Because I'll be in Italy this summer, do I really need a better reason?

I love getting joy from the little things.
